Kleines Finish, neuer Beginn und Fortschritt / Little finish, new start and progress

Seit einiger Zeit schon wollte ich Heinz Doofenshmirtz (aus der Zeichentrickserie "Phineas & Ferb") sticken - und dank meiner Tochter kenne ich mich ganz gut mit dieser Serie aus... ;o)

Since some time now I wanted to stitch Heinz Doofenshmirtz (from the cartoon series "Phineas & Ferb") - and thanks to my daughter I am quite an authority when it comes to this series... ;o)

Ein Frühlings-SAL und Fortschritt / A Spring SAL and progress

Vor einigen Wochen habe ich Maxis Blog gefunden - und sie startete just zu diesem Zeitpunkt einen Frühlings-SAL! Da das Bild mir gefiel, habe ich mich entschlossen mitzusticken. Ich habe aber erst kürzlich die Zeit gefunden, mit dem 1. Teil zu beginnen:

Some weeks ago, I found the blog of Maxi - and she started a Spring SAL just as I found her! Because I liked the motive, I decided to stitch along. But I could only start with the 1st part quite recently:

Valentins-Tag / Valentine's Day

Vor dem Valentins-Tag wollte ich unbedingt noch ein Valentins-Motiv sticken; und so habe ich am Sonntagabend das Freebie von The Primitive Hare gestickt:

Mr. Shivers und Erinner Dich an mich / Mr. Shivers and Remember Me

Wie im letzten Post gesagt, hatte ich bereits ein weiteres kleines Stickbild fertig. Doch vorher will ich Euch noch den "vollendeten" Mr. Shivers (von Fanci That) vorstellen:

As said in the last post, I finished another little design as well. But before that I would like to introduce to you the "accomplished" Mr. Shivers (by Fanci That):

Die Idee mit dem Schneeball-Band ist mir beim Nähen gekommen... :o)

I got the idea with the snowball band while sewing it... :o)

Und auch das folgende kleine Design - von Blackbird Designs - habe ich gestickt und als kleinen Hänger, verziert mit Messingknöpfen, verarbeitet:

Nun ist die alte Hexe... / Now the old witch...

... auch gerahmt! Der schwarze Holzrahmen kam heute abend, und so habe ich sie schnell eingerahmt... :o)

... got a frame as well! The black wooden frame arrived here today in the evening, and so I framed her quickly... :o)

Ich habe auch schon ein weiteres kleines Teil fertig gestickt, werde es aber erst im nächsten Post zeigen...
