Nach einem Essen im Restaurant "Prinz Eisenherz" stand eine Fahrradtour durch die Parks von Potsdam auf unserer Tagesordnung:

After having lunch in the restaurant "Prince Valiant", the next point on our agenda was a cycling tour through the parks of Potsdam:

Home of a Needleworker - 4

Nachdem fast ein Monat seit meinem letzten Post bezüglich dieses WIPs vergangen ist, kann ich nun diesen Fortschritt zeigen:

After almost a month since my last post regarding this WIP, I can show the following progress:

Es fehlen jetzt nur noch die Pflanzen und der obere Abschluss! :o)

Kirschen-Pflücken!!! / Cherry Picking!!!

Heute waren wir Kirschen pflücken! Lecker! ;o)

Today we were cherry picking! Delicious! ;o)

Etwas außerhalb, im Norden von Berlin, gibt es einen Ort (neben sicherlich vielen anderen), wo man selbst Obst pflücken kann - die Erdbeerzeit scheint langsam dem Ende zuzugehen, denn es waren nur die Kirsch-Plantagen geöffnet! Aber egal, wir haben uns zwei Körbe geholt und fleißig gepflückt...! :o) Und natürlich mächtig genascht!!! ;o)

A little bit outside Berlin, in the north, there is a little town (surely, there are a lot more places) where one can pick fruits by oneself - the time of strawberries seems to be over, because there was only the cherry plantation open for the public! But we didn't mind and took two baskets and picked diligently cherries...! :o) And of course we ate (during picking the cherries) as much cherries as we could!!! ;o)
